Scope of work

Overstandard guarantee and after-guarantee service of devices and systems repair and maintenance according to agreed with the customer time limits.
We suggest signing agreements, in which we oblige ourselves among others to:

• very short times of repairs at the customer's place (e.g. in Remote Control Centres within up to 2 hours, in objects located far from big cities within 8 to 24 hours)
• having even very old spare parts
• maintenance of devices in defined terms
• additional services, e.g.:
• overtaking the object service
• maintenance and repairs of devices not produced by us (alarming fire and burglary devices, controllers and distribution board protections etc.).

Our advantages

In 9 locations in the country we employ very highly qualified staff, whose task is to have a very good knowledge of our devices, electronic products of other suppliers, and also the customers' objects. These are mobile teams equipped with:

• measurement apparatus
• specialist tools
• computer equipment and specialized diagnostic and maintenance software
• sets of all subunits and spare parts
• means of transport and communication
